Rates and Insurance

Rates
Initial phone consultation at no charge. However, phone calls over 5 minutes will be charged accordingly
$240
per 45-50 minute session individual session
$270
per 60-75 minute intake, individual, family session, couple, parent coaching
$300
per 90 minute session
$300
per 75-90 minute intake session
Insurance
I am considered an out-of-network provider. Which means unfortunately I do not take any health insurance as payment. I will however provide a monthly billing statement upon your request in order for submittal to your insurance carrier. I advise my clients to call their insurance carrier prior to our first appointment to inquire about reimbursement rates (paid to you) for services rendered and paid in full. In addition if a Good Faith Estimate is requested, I will provide at the start of our work together.
Payment
Cash, check, zelle and major credit card taken for payment.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cancellation Policy
Please note the cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance, if a 24 hour notice is not given, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Please note that most insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions. Of course if there is an emergency, please phone me to inform.
